Part of our response to the COVID-19 crisis is sourcing non-licensed medical supplies and PPE for organizations and locations where they are most needed within the United States. These include, but are not limited to hand sanitizer, mask, gloves, and other PPE. Please be aware of the following policies for mail orders:
PharmaDallas does not collect sales tax and can not sell to end consumers. A Non-profit EIN, State taxpayer number and resale form, or Uniform Sales & Use Tax Certificate must be provided to place an order.
A 50% deposit is required for PharmaDallas to source most orders. The remaining 50% balance is due at the time your order ships.
Orders can be canceled any time prior to shipping for a refund of the 50% deposit. After shipping, refunds will only be issued for defective products. To cancel an order or discuss a return, you must call: 214-295-1066. For a return, you must contact PharmaDallas within 15 days of product delivery.
Minimum order quantities apply. Based on the size of the order credit card payments are typically accepted.
