Mr. Nass brings 28 years of international business development and entrepreneurial experience to the Pharma Dallas team. His education background includes a Bachelor of Environmental Design, and a Masters of Land Development focusing on business and finance with physical planning, design and construction.

 

He has been a Project Manager as well as the Director of Marketing for a privately-owned global real estate investment, development and management firm. He worked stateside managing development and construction for medical facilities, high-rise office buildings, and high-end retail space. Internationally, Mr. Nass worked extensively in the Eurasian region, including Russia, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Hungary, Turkey, Greece, India, and Azerbaijan, focusing on project development and new business analysis in emerging markets.

 

Most recently, he has been serving as founder and president of his own design-build firm, involved in project financing; master-planned subdivision development; high-end residential design and construction; and commercial development and construction, including medical, educational, and industrial sites.
